What We Share

VOOM operates as a platform connecting users with Shoppers who fulfill orders from retailers. In order to facilitate this process, information about you and your order may be shared with other involved parties. This includes Shoppers responsible for picking and delivering orders, as well as payment processing partners for validating and charging credit cards. Please note that only payment processing partners receive credit card information. Additionally, information may be shared under the following circumstances:

No credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information will be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties.

To Delete Your Account

Open the app and log in.
Navigate to "Profile" under the “Account” section.
Initiate account deletion by selecting the option.
